Siteways will not store your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which your data is collected. Part of this is the automatic deletion of personal data when you cancel your account at Siteways. We do keep your billing information. For billing data, a legal retention period of 7 years applies.

 

  1. Dataportabiliteit

Upon request, Siteways will provide your personal data in a form that enables reuse. In doing so, Siteways will provide the personal data in a structured, common and machine-readable form. The personal data will be delivered by Siteways in a. csv or Excel file within 1 month after Siteways has received your request to do so.
